Core materials and processes of hydraulic joints
Main materials: carbon steel (blackened/galvanized treatment, used for conventional working conditions), stainless steel (304/316, used for corrosion-resistant, food grade working conditions), brass (used for low-pressure copper pipe pipelines).
Seal material: nitrile rubber (NBR, suitable for mineral oil, -20~120 ℃), fluororubber (FKM, suitable for high-temperature/strong corrosive media, -15~200 ℃), polyurethane (PU, wear-resistant and anti-aging).
Processing technology: The joint body requires precision turning and embossing; The card sleeve needs heat treatment (hardness HRC58~62); Welded joints require weld seam inspection.
