Oil leakage/insufficient pressure: insufficient crimping amount, mismatched mold, too long/too short rubber stripping, and the inner core is not inserted in place;
The rubber hose is crushed: the clamping amount is too large, the mold is too small, and the holding time is too long;
Mold cracking: Over tonnage use, failure to preheat in low-temperature environment;
High hydraulic oil temperature: oil contamination, poor cooling, and stuck overflow valve;
Don't be greedy for cheap use of non-standard molds: it will directly lead to batch oil leakage and safety accidents.
