Core determinants: Enhanced layer structure and material
The pressure resistance of hydraulic hoses is completely determined by the number of layers of steel wire reinforcement, weaving/winding method, and steel wire diameter, which are the basis of working pressure:
Steel wire braided layer: The rated pressure of a 1-layer braided rubber hose is usually 10-21MPa, and the 2-layer braided can reach 25-40MPa; The higher the weaving density and the thicker the steel wire, the stronger the pressure resistance.
Wire winding layer: 4-layer winding rubber hose with a rated pressure of 31.5~63MPa, 6-8 layer winding can exceed 100MPa; Winding angle (usually 54°); 44′ )Optimized the force distribution, with high pressure resistance far exceeding that of the woven layer.
Enhanced steel wire material: High carbon steel wire has higher tensile strength and can withstand pressure by 10% to 20% higher than ordinary steel wire hoses under the same structure.
