2. Materials and processes: The cylinder barrel/piston rod is made of high-strength alloy steel forgings; Deep hole machining+precision grinding+surface strengthening (chrome plating/laser cladding); High pressure anti extrusion combination ring is selected for sealing;
3. Test acceptance: 1.5 times rated pressure holding test, stroke accuracy, leakage rate, fatigue life test;
4. Safety configuration: overflow valve, two-way balance valve, anti fall/anti overload protection to avoid serious accidents.
